Bottled. A light golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of brewing cereal and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of brewing cereal and malt as well as light notes of fruit.

Bottle as shown. Pours a pale golden with a small frothy white head that diminshes quickly. The aroma is a sweet corn malt and wheat grass. Thin mouthfeel with a sweet corn malt and floral hop. Easy to drink, a decent lager from Coopers.

bhensonb (15963) - Woodland, California, USA - JAN 6, 2007
Nice clean light lager aroma; definitely low on hop. Burnished brass color with a quickly dissipating white head. Starts with carbonation and then such a light malt as to be hardly noticeable. The finish leaves light bitterness along the edges of the tongue. Mouthfeel is quite firm, especially when the carbonation is being swished out in the mouth. These guys are good. After awhile the mouth bitterness is reminiscent of a Pilsner. Hops seem to accumulate. This lager will not be one of the two out of three that finishes in the sink drain.

Bottle from Jungle Jim’s. Poured clear pale color with an average fizzy white head that diminished slowly with fair lacing. Average grass hoppy aroma. Light to medium body with a thin texture. Light bittersweet flavor with an light sweet finish of short duration.

Bottle sampled at the World Beer Festival Richmond, 6/12/10 Pours a clear golden color with a thin head. Fair head retention and lacing. Aroma of grain, caramel and faint corn. The taste is grain, grass and stone fruits. Thin-medium bodied.

crossovert (14128) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - FEB 22, 2011
Standard stuff. It is a pale lager with a hint of hops and malt. Not the worst but not special.

hopscotch (11411) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - JUL 29, 2010
Bottle… Clear, deep yellow lager with a mid-sized, fizzy, white head. Good retention. Grainy, peppery aroma. Medium-bodied with restrained carbonation. Well-balanced flavor. Peppery hops and pale grains are the highlights. Crisp, lightly bitter finish.

daknole (11048) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - MAY 17, 2009
Bottle from Total Wine. Yellow/gold pour. Malty aroma, a hint of apples and holy shit the previous rater is right...dog food. Weird! Flavor is bitter and remarkably watery. Finish is just plain bad. So watery.

So I guess Cooper’s has finally bent the knee to the pressures of the mass market. This is average pale lager fare all the way, albeit clean in the ingredients and palate.
