BB 07/12/2016. Poured a crystal clear amber with a thin bright white head that diminished quickly to a collar that produced no lacing. Carbonation low and fine to coarse. Aroma of grainy malt and nothing else; no obvious hops. Taste of malt; no real hops bitterness. Light body. Crisp and refreshing while cold but bland when not.

Clear pale straw colour with a medium frothy white head. A light grainy malt aroma but not much else. Light malt flavour, light bodied and carbonated with a crisp dry finish. Okay for a low alcohol beer.

For a light beer it is ok, but still, it is a light beer. Industrialized beer, with almost none to no personality. Better served cold. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

375ml bottle into glass. Nose has skunk and...a bit more skunk. Pale amber beer with thin film of suds. A few bubbles ascend every now and then. Mouthfeel is surprisingly full bodied, taste has some malt notes. Unfortunately the finish is all cooked vegetables and tin. Theres a lot going on for a light beer, but none of it is good.

Dont see the point of light beers. Like most of them lacks flavour, character and anything interesting on the palate.

Bottle. Clear, golden, frothy, white foam, light sweetness, lightly bitter, light body, average carbonation, & astringent finish.

375ml bottle, ABV 2.9%. Pale yellow colour, foam white head and aroma is malt with some grain. Taste is malty with alittle fruitiness and a light grassy hop bitterness. Crisp mouth feel, light bodied, well carbonated, dry finish. Quite OK for a low alcohol beer.

Little aroma and pours clear with carbonation. Light early with a malty taste with a crisp finish. Lager with a bit of difference. Could consume more than one at a sitting. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

375ml bottle. One of the nicer light beers out there, but nothing special in general.

This is clearly good for the style but not a truly super light beer. So in reality should really be compared the stable mate Mild plus the likes of Punch and Judy. Good balance right throughout and the malts do lend some decent weight with toffee and a almost ESP-like finish. In another (non-beer geek) life Id be happy with this as a mid weeker.
