Coopers Sparkling Ale is brewed naturally by the centuries-old top fermentation method just as it was in the beginning by Thomas Cooper. This beer displays a solid head and a distinctive, full-bodied flavour enhanced by a soft, fruity character and the sediment which gives it a cloudy appearance.

tightslice (1280) - Redwood City, California, USA - DEC 10, 2016
Bottle from World Market in Redwood City, CA. Aroma is herbal, grassy. Taste is very grassy, cut wet grass, herbal lozenge. Reminded me of a dank Pils but not as buttery or refined.

Blueshawk (465) - Bad Bellingen, GERMANY - NOV 25, 2016

Aroma; berries, pale malts, grass, berries. Look; diminishing pearl head, clear golden body. Taste; pale malts, hops, fermented berries, grass - leading to a finish with roasted malts and caramellic berries. Feel; normal body, fine carbonation. Overall; a fruity taste with roasted elements. UPDATED: NOV 3, 2016 Bottle. Hazy orange color with creamy white head. Aroma is dusty, malty, buttery with diacetyl, vanilla. Taste is buttered bread, grainy, dusty, some more vanilla. Low carbonation. Just ok.

JStax (6366) - Devola/Marietta, Ohio, USA - OCT 26, 2016
Bottle poured into a brandy snifter. The beer is a hazy copper with a white head of foam. The aroma has spices, astringent grainy notes, and a bit of creamy vanilla. Sweet and a bit spice forward in taste. Prickly carbonation. Medium body.

rane (1060) - Nibe, DENMARK - OCT 8, 2016
Bottle. An easygoing beer. Amber with white head. Aroma pines, grass. Taste light hoppy, some malt.

FinnIckler (421) - GERMANY - SEP 23, 2016
UPDATED: SEP 23, 2016 Bottle from beers of the world in Winterthur. Pours golden yellow with soft white head. Taste starts fruity mild with notes of wheat and bread. Palate is sweet and a bit bitter. Finish is citrus and more bitterness. All right.

phfyysik (1253) - Tartu, ESTONIA - SEP 13, 2016
Pours golden with light head. Aroma is berries, sourness, some malts, sweet fruits. Taste is bitter, caramel, some yeast, fruits, biscuit, herbs. Quite nice beer!

josanguapo (1628) - SPAIN - SEP 4, 2016
UPDATED: SEP 4, 2016 From Saveur-Biere. In Teku glass. Lightly fruity, with a sparkling feeling that seems to come from a spicy profile more than from carbonation. Highly drinkable and refreshing, with some taste and a pleasant nose
