COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Coopers Sparkling Ale is brewed naturally by the centuries-old top fermentation method just as it was in the beginning by Thomas Cooper. This beer displays a solid head and a distinctive, full-bodied flavour enhanced by a soft, fruity character and the sediment which gives it a cloudy appearance.

3.3
Wolfbass (1197) - Firenze, ITALY - APR 22, 2017
Ha un bel colore ramato, ma un poco torbo. Al naso è abbastanza fruttato, mentre in bocca ha una buona beva, per niente impegnativa.

From old tasting notes. Hazy, bubbly yellow gold color. Bubbly white head. Fruity malt nose. Tangy fruity malt flavor with hints of banana and grapefruit. Dryish hop finish and aftertaste.

matstrange (247) - Kent, ENGLAND - MAR 19, 2017
Almost no head on pouring. The sediment brings it to life and does activate some fizz when it lands in the glass. Lovely orange aroma but doeant overpower the drink. A grassy note and some other citrus are present. Perhaps some biscuit too.

john44 (3392) - SW London, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAR 2, 2017
Bottle. Orangey Gold. Malty (sweet malts, caramel). Fruity (lemon-citrus). Bit spicy. Some grassy hop bitterness. Sweet malty with a dry finish. Refreshing thirst-quencher. (2008)

2.6
Bamsen78 (5560) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - FEB 11, 2017
Bottle, 6 months past the BBD. Pours clear golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of malt and yeast, with some hints of fruit and touches of hops. Bitter, hoppy flavour with notes of malt and yeast, and some fruity hints. Bitter, not quite pleasant aftertaste with hints of dust and alcohol and some acidic notes. Drinkable but not very enjoyable, esp. because of the disturbing bitterness.

2.6
Nevalainen (835) - FINLAND - JAN 27, 2017
Best before 14/8/16. Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is caramel, fruity. Taste is dry, notes of hops. Nothing special, but drinkable.

3.2
caribou43 (1179) - Lausanne/Sevilla/Lima, SWITZERLAND - JAN 18, 2017
I bought this beer at Amstein and I drank it at home with Massimo. I think that it is a basical ale, not extraordinary but it is a good one to drink with yours friends, enjoying the life. The color is orange and brown, troubled. The carbonation is regular, thin and white foam. The taste is malty, notes of hop, discreet for an ale, notes of plum, a bit watery, regular.
