COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Coopers Sparkling Ale is brewed naturally by the centuries-old top fermentation method just as it was in the beginning by Thomas Cooper. This beer displays a solid head and a distinctive, full-bodied flavour enhanced by a soft, fruity character and the sediment which gives it a cloudy appearance.

Bottle 37.5cl. Poured into a shaker. Clear pale amber (pouring it carefully because of a lot of sediments), tall frothy white head, half-way lasting and fair lacing; aroma pale malts, grain, grass, bit bready; taste is medium sweet and bitter, malty, grainy, average duration leading to a light dry finish; medium body, watery to oily texture, average carbonation; fresh but quite plain.

Una cerveza curiosa, con trozos de malta cruda en el interior que brillan con la luz... su sabor correcto y agradable. Volvera a probarla.

6 pack from dan murphys, into pint glass, aromas of fresh bread and yeast, malty flavours coming through with a slight bitterness, good lacing with a thin head, very refreshing on a hot Queensland summer day

Lager like graininess. Moderately dry. Pours clear yellow-gold until the yeast was added. Cereal grain. Really tastes like a pre-prohibition lager.

Meget behagelig blond ale fra Australien. Frisk smag, frugtagtig karakter. Tilpas sdme.

Im slightly biased toward this beer. But its what every traditional Australian beer aspires to be. Fresh, crisp and nicely bitter.

Found notes from my 2009 trip to Australia. This is one of the few Aussie beers you can get in the US regularly, and its a staple. Very bubbly, crisp feel. Refreshing.
