Unclear medium orange amber color with a small, virtually none head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, vintage notes. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (070808)

37.5 cL bottle, 2007. Pours cloudy deep orange with a creamy off-white head. Dense malt aroma with a note of overripe citrus fruit. Flavour starts sweet malty but soon turns into a more alcohol dense, warming and solid overripe fruit flavour. Ends with a light alcohol bite and quite warming too.

A hazy orange beer with an orange head. The aroma is sweet hoppy combined with notes of caramel. The flavor is sweet yeasty with notes of caramel and a dry end, but surprisingly I find the mouthfeel somewhat watery.

omhper (25108) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - APR 23, 2002
2000 vintage: Dark amber with big, airy head. Fruity, malty and full bodied. Sweet and buttery. Rather low bitterness. A complex, subtle, rich ale.

Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - AUG 21, 2005
(BOttle 37,5 cl) Unclear, greyish amber and a small off-white head. Weird, indefinable smell - not very pleasant. Some caramel in the flavour and then really nothing much. Quite a disappointment. 160805

2007 Vintage! Clear deep amber beer. Short lived bubbly white head. Light palate, crispy and semi dry. Caramel malt, light oxidisation I think. Creamy and dry. Faint orange hops. Dry finish. A bit tired possibly. A 2009 bottle provided a bi more zing and less oxidisation.

cgarvieuk (24465) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JAN 15, 2008
Bottle at home (2007 edition)... Crisp clear copper... sweet little caramel malt ... bit clawing rich little tartness little juicy defintly lots of flavour ... quite bitter... Not lived up to expectations but might mature better.
