I’m not getting a big hit of hops on the nose like I’d like. But, other than that, it’s a mighty tasty IPA. Lots of juicy fruit and citrus with a chewy body. Plenty of hop flavor and bitterness. Long dry finish.

This poured a clear, well, slightly hazy gold with a good 2 finger head of foam with lots of lacing. I love to watch the cascading head and, quite frankly, that gives it a good edge when it comes to my scoring on appearance.
The smell has strong notes of grapefruit *and* caramel malt. One of the best balanced noses for brews of the style.
First sip and the grapefruit just jumps out at me and is absolutely delicious but, in the background and swiftly moving in to share center stage, is that very tasty malt. Further sips and I find a complete harmony with the hops, which now also take on a floral presence, and malt and I reaffirm my belief that this is one of the best balanced IPAs out there. It finishes bittersweet, the carbo is very light, and the mouthfeel is silky smooth. Wonderful stuff!
Bottom line: My favourite brew from Coopersmith's and it's going to take a hell of a brew to knock it off its thrown. Highly recommended! coachd (929) - Missouri, USA - OCT 29, 2016
Malty sweet aroma with some earthy hops. Burnt orange color, feint white head. Taste is earthy muddled hops. Palate is low carbonation, thick for the style. Standard to slightly above average IPA.

On tap at the brewery. Amber and a touch hazy appearance with a lingering, lacy off-white head. Bold hop aroma with notes of citrus, pine, hop resin, flowers, herbal notes and grass. Similar flavor, adding medium to heavy hop bitterness and a hint of toasted grain sweetness. Medium body with ample carbonation and a dry bitter finish. A little harsh.

Clear deep golden with a thick sticky white head. Lovely floral and orange zesty fresh hoppy nose. The flavor is a tad too bitter and dank with grapefruit and floral resins with a too-subdued sweetness. Experiment_Ale (1098) - Dallas, Texas, USA - OCT 6, 2013
