UPDATED: APR 21, 2012 On tap @ Coopersmiths. Light yellow appearance with a small white head. Dry apple, vinous nose. Actually a quite tasty, sweet apple pulpy flavor. This is a pretty good cider. shp555 (2024) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - MAR 15, 2008

On tap at the brewpub. Pours pale yellow with a thin white head. Has a downright buttery aroma. Apples and tequila. This is an odd cider. I’ve never really tasted anything quite like it. The apple flavor is tart, but masked by the buttery acetyls. harlequinn (2744) - Tacoma, Washington, USA - JUL 4, 2006
Decent, really showcases the different tastes characteristics of the apple varieties that were used in the making of this cider. LIghtly dry and has a nice bit of acidty to it. Not something I could drink alot of, but good for a pint.
