We use Anaheim and Serrano chilis to add some heat to this crisp golden ale. It's not too hot and has a good chili flavor.

On tap at the brewery, haven’t had this in years. Gold and clear appearance with a white head. Mild aroma of mostly chili peppers. Similar flavor, moderate spiciness but still pretty easy to drink. Pretty decent chili beer.

Clear hay hue with a thin ring of foam. Large jalapeño and Anaheim pepper nose. The flavor is quite green with no spice. Just green earthy pepper and bland blonde malt.

This is a surprisingly good chili beer. It brings the heat but it isn’t overwhelming and there is a solid beer beneath it. Tried at the brewery with the parents in 2013.

Experiment_Ale (1098) - Dallas, Texas, USA - OCT 6, 2013
Draft at Coopersmith’s. pours light orang with some yellow. Aroma is big chili spice with a little spicy hops. Taste is chili spice that burns in a good way. Has that same raunchy note from dirty lines; can’t get past it.
