Tap. Dark orange, very hazy body. Small white head. Aroma is typical barleywine, sugary and malty. Taste is sugar, pineapple, and not surprisingly oxidation. Alcohol tastes about 9%, well covered. Nice earthy, mild bittering hops in the finish but oxidation still looms. Texture is slightly sticky. This is supposedly 12 years old. I think they should have opened it 10 years ago.
