Very good pale ale. Friendly dry quality, smooth finish with no aftertaste. Very good ale to watch ballgame with. Where’s the Zweigles? jayme9874 (756) - Hamburg, New York, USA - APR 10, 2002
Clear, light copper/bronze. Full, complex malt nose, almost vienna like. Lovely malt palate with touches of toffee and maybe caramel with a zingy hop finish. Good APA! kilgore41599 (98) - Rochester, New York, USA - FEB 20, 2002
A good solid beer. Don’t see it too often though. Ron (3956) - Rochester, New York, USA - FEB 18, 2002
A good Pale Ale. Full of body with a nice hop finnish. I don’t drink pale ales often , but I’ll drink this again. Oakes (17664) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 16, 2001
Bronze, good head; even aroma and palate, balancing earthy, toffeeish malts and floral hops. Though it seems modelled after English style pales, the use of American hops gives it a vibrancy that really adds to the balance and drinkability of the beer. Not a landmark product but nicedly done.
