Well, I've gone from the sublime to the ridiculous this weekend. Started the weekend with Allagash Four, now I'm dealing with low-carb offerings from the local ABC Likkas. Hope the Matt Accel does better. Lousy label, screw-off cap, beer looks like someone ran a rusty nail through some tapwater. Lagery, somewhat banana-like aroma. Tastes like watery malt liquor. Corny. Finish is tart and somewhat steely. Bleh. Why bother? If I go on a low-carb diet and need to drink, then I'll switch to vodka tonics. Not much here, but a little more flavor (if you can call it that) than Mich Ultra. Shag (3039) - Chattanooga, Tennessee, USA - APR 20, 2004
Sampled at the Hooters Restaurant on Brainerd Rd next to the Gooney Golf. Light yellow appearance. This tastes EXACTLY like a Coors Light! It tastes like water. There is no reason why this beer should even exist. Overall not as bad as Ultra but still bad. At least being surrounded by Hooters girl made the experience of drinking this beer slightly better, I think. YnotABeer (96) - Missouri, USA - APR 22, 2004
wow, yeah, really bad. surprisingly orangey color, fizzy, not much head. very light and more metal and corn flavor than beer. JFGrind (2064) - Glenside, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 12, 2004
I tried this simply to obtain another rating. First off I was surprised how good this actually looked when poured into a shaker glass. Golden body and medium head. Nothing in the sense of flavor or aroma. Better than a Michelob Ultra if that helps anyone decide which one to try.

Light gold or yellow with small lacing. Very light aromas of hops and malt. Almost non existant. Watery flavors with a touch of malt and hops added. Thin and plain. dp (608) - uniontown, Ohio, USA - JUN 26, 2004
Neighbors claimed it was great, should have known better. Preferable to Mich Ultra to me, will sneak the remaing beer to the neighbor’s garage. dberger624 (1028) - Voorhees, New Jersey, USA - MAY 9, 2004
Bottled at a Bennignan’s. Coors Light Light is what this is. Tasted like a watered down Coors light. Nothing exciting about this one. DomiNate (123) - Boise, Idaho, USA - JUN 6, 2004
2004 NABA Festival: Clear blonde pour. Light foamy head. No flavor. Little sweet. rynoSx (29) - Clemson, South Carolina, USA - OCT 13, 2004
Was built up by a local bar. Tried it and was not very impressed. It if is a free beer or discounted cheap have at it.
