Brewing Extra Gold Lager requires uncommon patience. Patience in the slow aging of the roasted malts. Patience to take the thtree extra brewing steps needed to craft every batch. This added time and effort yeilds an exceptional, refined lager.

I had a few cans of this last weekend. Pretty foul stuff. Actually made the PBR I had afterwards somewhat drinkable. Never again.

12oz can. Looks light. Aroma of pale malts and bread and light bitterness and tin. Flavor the same. Light texture. Not the worst beer of its style.

Can @ Presidential Suite. Thanks, Pussy Pete. Pale golden colored beer with minimal white foam. Smells like a swimming pool. Watery, slight grain/cereal sweetness, and apple. Maybe some pear. Flavor is just kind of sweet and grainy. Cereal, corn, and mild fruity esters. As with the nose, rather watery. Not offensive, but I really did not like this.

12 oz. can shared by NielsenRatings, or TwoSipDip, at RBSG’s Friday night hotel bottle share. Thanks, pal. Pours a pale gold with a white head. Pale and sweet malts, minerals...not much else. Light-bodied, with a dry mouthfeel and moderate carbonation. Fine for what it is.

Can. Not terrible, especially when cold. Some malt and mild hops, somewhat sweet, moderate carbonation and mild body. Thanks to adneilson and krampus.

Can. RBSG. Pours yellow with white head. Nose/taste of corn, tin. Light bodied.

Bottle shared at RBSG. Pours a golden color with white head. Grainy, straw, hay flavors. As good or better than Coors Banquet. Reminds me of living in Golden.

Can. Jut as poor as the regular coors, albeit this can seemed a bit strongerin the malt character and better.

This is slightly sweet but still crisp so I guess it does a pretty good job of being what it is. It is really not as good as regular Coors though but bear in mind that I think regular Coors is amazing. I think my sample might have been a bit old but who knows anything these days.

Taster from a can at RBSG hotel room. I missed the memo that this was going to be a malt likka thing, but yolo. Clear golden color. Minimal bubbly white head. Bready malt, light pepper. Not much else. Moderate sweet taste, light spicy. Medium body. Smooth, kind of lighter carbonation, more dry finish. OK stuff... Not bad... sue me...
