not bad taste but real filling at a spring training game when Pete Rose was still a manager fuchebu (146) - Croydon, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 10, 2001

really cheap good tasting generic beer....$10.00 a 30 pack over here in jersey...good to get if you’re going to a party don’t want to spend a lot of money watson99 (13) - Mississauga, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 1, 2001
One of the few American beers I actually enjoy. It’s good enough to be considered Canadian (don’t hit me). Truthfully, a fine, nicelybodied beer....good to sip...wouldn’t want to chug it though...filling. HansJM (358) - NORWAY - DEC 1, 2001
It wasn’t that bad. But maybe my export version for Europe at 4.7% is the better one. We found both fruityness and and sweetness from good malt in it. The aftertaste wasn’t that good.

by far the best beer in the coors line. i tried it at the Coors brewery tour when it was only 2-3 days old, and it was relatively tasty. but i tried a bottle at a restaurant the same day, and it definitely loses its nice quality after bottling. Extra gold? When tasting this beer you can make a pretty good guess at what other yellow-colored liquids might have been used to flavor it. stosh99 (23) - Connecticut, USA - NOV 7, 2001
Strange aftertaste. But great cheap cold beer in a $12 30 pack. I used to drink this beer a lot in college. Strange farting side affects however... Richard73 (37) - St Albans, ENGLAND - SEP 26, 2001
The Best of the Coors range, Can’t really understand the backlash against Coors, although they are a bit mediocre Bov (12888) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - SEP 3, 2001
