Brewing Extra Gold Lager requires uncommon patience. Patience in the slow aging of the roasted malts. Patience to take the thtree extra brewing steps needed to craft every batch. This added time and effort yeilds an exceptional, refined lager.

Extra Gold Lager has a thick, white, marshmallow-type head, a clear, deep gold, bubbly appearance, and lots of lacing rings left on the glass. The aroma is of sweet & sour roasted barley malt and other grains. Taste is of sweet, funky grain, a touch of hops, and it has a moderate roastiness. Mouthfeel is light to medium, and Extra Gold Lager finishes crisp, clean, refreshing, dry, and highly drinkable. Overall, this just might be the best American-style adjunct lager on the market! Oh, yeah! RJT

Kent Prrbek is really being annoying right now, so I think its time to head to bold flavor town. Got this from trukpro, and man have I been looking forward to opening this! Can. Shimmering golden color with a small, fluffy, white head. Plenty of carbonation. Sweet aroma with corn, grains, and a slight grass character. A touch sweeter than Id like, but still pretty solid. The taste is where this is at. Bold grains, corn, and a touch of sweetness. Definitely worth getting a chance to try this. Pretty hefty carbonation. This would be a great summer beer, or just something you could drink a thousand of in a night.

You forget how bad these are after a while. I had it with a Bud to compare and they were both bad but this a little less bad. The pale color, stale aroma, sweet corn taste. Stick with the good stuff.

Not horrible, but not good either. I liked the caramel malt sweetness of the beer. As far as pale lagers go, its average, but for being a mass produced beer it has its value.

Golden color with a thin white head. Kind of sweet with a dry finish. OK for a cheap beer.

Has a light golden color. Smell is mild, some grains. Taste is also mild, some corn and grains, not paticularly pleasant. Overall a beer best avoided.

this tastes exactly like coors only a little bit shittier. it has that coors breadiness flavour, but with more character (or is that bullshit?). there really isnt anything wrong with this beer, but that doesnt mean that theres everything awesome about it either. its okay for drinking a lot of. but if extra gold is to coors as busch is to budweiser, then busch is WAAYYYY motherfucking better. no real reason to buy this unless its a sweet deal on a DIRTY THIRTY.
