This beer is by far the best value in the market. My dad used to work for coors and back when extra gold first came out, it was their premium product... too bad no one bought it.

Extra Gold Lager has a thick, white, marshmallow-type head, a clear, deep gold, bubbly appearance, and lots of lacing rings left on the glass. The aroma is of sweet & sour roasted barley malt and other grains. Taste is of sweet, funky grain, a touch of hops, and it has a moderate roastiness. Mouthfeel is light to medium, and Extra Gold Lager finishes crisp, clean, refreshing, dry, and highly drinkable. Overall, this just might be the best American-style adjunct lager on the market! Oh, yeah! RJT

Extra Gold is the best beer that can be bought in 30 racks at my local supermarkets. I choose it over the others of that category because of it’s flavor. It’s a great rich roasty lager.

One of the few American beers I actually enjoy. It's good enough to be considered Canadian (don't hit me). Truthfully, a fine, nicelybodied beer....good to sip...wouldn't want to chug it though...filling.

This beer is excellent overall. Perfect for the daily beer drinker that does not want a light beer. The full flavor is richer than most all other American leading brands. Coors scored in my book!
