From a 24 oz can. Pours a clear gold with a white head. Bready aroma. Thin flavors of malt with no discernable hop profile. When I was a lad in Montana, this beer was the holy grail. We would drive to Wyoming just to buy a case. How times have changed.

Can. Clear pale yellow body, minimal white head with no retention or lacing. Aroma of grains, herbs, wet cardboard and some sulfur notes. Taste of grains, mineral water and some bread crust. Fizzy and not that bad.

pours clear straw yellow with a smallish fizzy white head. nose of grass and skunk. Taste is sweetish. Corn notes. Fairly watery. Better than Coors Light.

Poured from 1 of those "re-introduced", 1930ís-era, 12 ounce brown glass stubbed (stubborn?) bottles into a wet beer mug. Historic enough, I suppose, the beer is; imagining all them hard-rock miners @ the hall, after toiling 12, 13, 14, 15 hours underground, ya, you bet, the 1st thing they want is this beer. What great marketing. (Coors stayed afloat during the decade and 7 years of Prohibitions rule so this particular brew could be enjoyed by the multitudes and snobs alike!) Try it, very, VERY COLD in a glass, w/a 1/4 ounce (or so) of chilled tomato juice, a drop or so of hot sauce and a quick shake from a salt shaker. Makes for a fine, fine red beer.

From a stubby bottle. Pale color with small weak head. Beer from the old days. Not bad for a summer afternoon. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Straight from the can. Smells like beer. I can see its yellow and pale through the wide mouth. Taste of sweet corn malt and grain, fizzy.

When compared to beers in itís category itís not at all bad. A good go to for a refreshing working manís brew. I recommend it in glass at all times as the cans do make it less to be desired. At the price point itís a good original tasting beer

Canned. Thin. Tastes like wheat purred with cardboard. Bad but getting through it.

Pours light gold with a small white head. Aroma is grainy. Taste is slightly sweet. There are notes of grains, cardboard and metal. Yum!

Buddy brought this as a joke so figured Iíd rate it. Poured from 355mL bottle. Pale yellow with quickly dissipating white head. Sweet corn lager. Better than I expected, but still garbage...
