4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
This is the beer that was around a lot longer than it’s sister beer, Coors Light. This beer has a taste that is smooth for the drinker.
Appearance: Light golden, effervescent, slight head
Aroma: clean, light malt, corn
Palate: smooth, medium mouthfeel and carbonation
Taste: clean malt, corn flavour noticeable. Light bitterness,. clean aftertaste
Overall: not bad for the style badhack (564) - San Francisco, California, USA - SEP 15, 2017
This was quite a bit better than I expected. Not any noticeable off flavors, corn was present but not overwhelming. Touch of sweet. Longer hop finish than other American lawnmower beers. PellicleMaster2 (1) - - SEP 7, 2017 does not count
I love coors beer. Best American pale ale there is. It beats them all time and time again. There is just something about that Rocky Mountain water VsXsV (4523) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - SEP 6, 2017
Can. Clear light golden liquid with small to medium white head. Aroma of grain, corn, cooked vegetables, bread and metal. Taste is very light sweet and light bitter with notes of grain, mineral water and corn. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. Tastes like nothing, but inoffensive. Bought this in a pinch when there wasn't many other choices. Pours like a typical pale lager, clear yellow with a thin white head that disappears pretty quickly. Virtually no lacing. Aroma is a faint corn and hops. Taste is mild, slightly metallic, but goes down easy. No real aftertaste, easy to drink, but not very impressive.

I don’t see what everyone’s problem with this beer is it is way better than the original and the smooth taste from a cold glass bottle is the only way to truly experience and enjoy this beer ChadPolenz (1845) - Lakeland, Florida, USA - AUG 12, 2017

2015 BJCP Category: 1B American Lager
AROMA: Genuine barley smell with slight sweetness. Corn cereal grist adds subtle sweetness. Faintest trace of earthy hops. Clean fermentation. 9/12
APPEARANCE: Light yellow/golden hue (2-4 SRM); brilliant clarity. Large white foam mostly dissipates. 3/3
FLAVOR: Lightly sweet taste of authentic barley, though no specialty malt whatsoever. Corn adjunct imparts additional sweetness, but seems more of a garnish than a main course. Clean fermentation character. Only minute bitterness and no distinctive hop flavor (though none needed). Clean dry finish. 17/20
MOUTHFEEL: Light[ish] body; high carbonation. Refreshing and highly quaffable. Slight carbonic bite. Sessionable for most people at 5% ABV. 4/5
OVERALL IMPRESSION: Exactly what an American adjunct lager should be. Not delicious but definitely a shining example of the style. 9/10
TOTAL SCORE: 42/50
Bottled as part of blind shit beer taste test.
Pours pale yellow white head. Aroma is very medicinal and tons of corn. Flavor follows. Unpleasant. Peterhogan22 (27) - - AUG 10, 2017
Beer is good, better than Coors Light in a different way. Recommend this beer.

Pours a thick foamy head but goes away pretty quick. No lacing whatsoever. Pale straw coloured appearance. Light malt aromas with a dash of wheats. Mild malt flavours, some wheats and grains. Very light citrus hop flavours also. Fairly weak carbonation. Better than the light version!
