tap at the brewpub-flacoalto nailed my first comments on this beer-no head and no aroma to speak of. I almost snorted this beer while trying to get an aroma. pretty boring beer we hvae here-pours a copper hue with no head. no aroma as i stated. flavors are really off-caramel apple. this has been sitting on the tapper for a long time.

PotjeBier (3736) - Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - NOV 4, 2013
Backlog, from notes. On tap @ the brewpub, 22 May 2001. Starts out OK, enough aroma’s - malty sweetness & hops, but soon becomes bland, with a rather neutral taste and nothing going on in the finish.

bager (2120) - Copenhagen N, DENMARK - SEP 10, 2006
On tap. Clear golden in colour with no head. Feels thin. Slightly hoppy and slightly malty and a somewhat dry finish.

FlacoAlto (4220) - Tucson, Arizona, USA - JUN 17, 2005
This beer is a brilliantly clear light copper color and it has no head on it. I can’t really pick up anything in the aroma of this beer, it is like smelling water. The taste is lightly sweet, and is pretty light on the palate as well. There is a hint of a caramel note to it, and this is joined by a hint of spicy hops in the finish. Again there is really not much here, though there is perhaps a bit of bitterness in the finish.

turbo (1271) - Arizona, USA - JUN 7, 2005
Copper color with a very small head and lacing. Aroma and flavor of light malt with a watery body.

Bockyhorsey (2638) - Mesa, Arizona, USA - JUN 4, 2005
Sampler. More of a darker gold color. Some musty malt aroma. Tatste well man thought this one was watered down abit.

JohnC (3008) - Mission Viejo, California, USA - JUN 10, 2003
This beer, and others from this brewery, are certainly better than anything BMC has to offer, but nothing to write home about. This amber ale is clear, dark yellow w/ a slightly malty flavor. There isn't much more to it than that. It's a fairly benign beer, but nothing special.

spydog (79) - Chandler, Arizona, USA - MAR 23, 2002
Light for an amber, but decent maltiness and body...........................

Gusler (2652) - Tucson, Arizona, USA - SEP 22, 2000
Good beer as ambers go, decent malts and a fair hop floral nose. Medium bodied and decent flavor, a step up from thier Blond Ale.
