Cask at WHOAF 2014, London. It pours an opaque deep amber color with a small white head. Aroma is mostly hoppy with a good toffee malt backbone. Taste is a bit flat with dried leaves, caramel malts, pine needles and dried hops. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Overall, ok

HogTownHarry (7064) - Toronto (Harbourfront), Ontario, CANADA - AUG 21, 2013
August 21, 2013 - hand-pull cask at The Old Bell. Utterly beautiful clear bright ruby pour with a lasting cap of tan creamy head - gorgeous. Aroma and taste are very simple - more a light bitter than what I think of as a mild - floral, lightly sweet, utterly devoid of alcohol presence. Light body, slightly chewy/grainy, very mild carbonation and a medium-short floral somewhat bitter finish. Very quaffable. I’m getting another one, to hell with the pub crawl!!!
