Pale golden lager, nice creamy lasting head. Sweet flavour with fruity notes. A bit hops towards the end - aftertaste is mostly sweet. Watery palate? Overall a light, refreshing lager on the sweet side.

maupie (1034) - Roosendaal, NETHERLANDS - SEP 14, 2004
This beer has a golden body - hue apperance and a white scum collar. I have drunk the beer from the bottle and no carbonic acid. The initial flavor tast was little sweet.

From old tasting notes. Pale yellow gold color. Sulphury malt nose. Tart bitter malt/hop flavor is unpleasant and astringent. Lacks balance or complexity.

johndoughty (5382) - cheslyn hay, West Midlands, ENGLAND - MAR 14, 2005
A pale coloured lager with no distinctive flavour. No doubt it probably tastes reasonable in the warm of the Madeiran sun but in England on a winters night no thanks.

Pours clear, light golden color with a medium white head. Light grassy and bread aroma. Medium to high carbonation, fairly clean finish with some lingering bitterness. This beer was o.k.
