gnoff (10226) - Mölndal, SWEDEN - JUN 4, 2017
50 cl bottle thanks to my mom and her husband, on June 2, 2017.
Black color, small tan head. Malty, burnt, ash, a bit sweet, licuorice scent. Malty, milky, roasted taste. Malty, roasted aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, medium bitterness.

Lokaal bier van Corfu. Een van de 6 die hier gebrouwen worden. Bitter dark smaakt als een goede stout. Bitterzoet aroma in een fles van een halve liter.

FatPhil (15964) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - DEC 25, 2016
500ml bottle - Thanks Neill!
A bit past its BB, so not really a fair rating. Yeasty malty aroma, but some sour aspects too, second approach to the glass bring some poopiness. Nice roast in the first sip, but it’s dry and ashy. Not a bitter by any means. The colour’s a clue to that, very dark amber, tight persistent head, sticky lacing, but floaty chunks are off-putting. Taste alas also picks up the pooey aspects on the second sip. Enteric aspects are just a big no-no, and that makes it hard to guess what would have been like fresher. Numbers are basically random.

Marduk (7588) - Reval, ESTONIA - DEC 25, 2016
500ml bottle (thanks FatPhil), BB 27.09.2016. Very dark brown color, with some divers in it. But the bottle looks clear so I’m not sure what they are. Maggots? Vinegar, roast, dusty and sweet in aroma. Roast, milky, frothy, berries, ashy and some tobacco in taste. Roast and tobacco in aftertaste. Clearly old. Should try when fresh.

BlackHaddock (7232) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - OCT 24, 2016
500ml bottle from at a bar in Corfu Town on 8th Oct 2016. Cola brown with a tan coloured head. Burnt malts in both the nose and taste, some liquorice notes within the malty flavours: decent and almost interesting.

Ascelja (1434) - Neratovice, CZECH REPUBLIC - SEP 24, 2016
Bottle 0.5l from the brewery. Dark reddish-brown body, medium off-white head. Aroma of coffee, caramel, licorice. Taste is pleasantly bitter, lightly sweet. Roasted tones, coffee, caramel, spices. Medium body and carbonation.

Rotin (1441) - Neratovice, CZECH REPUBLIC - SEP 20, 2016
Bottle 0.5l from the brewery. Clear, brown colored. AROMA- coffee, some dark berries, touch of vegetable. FLAVOR- neutral, bitter, a bit tart, roasted malts, coffee and chocolate. Light to medium bodied, slightly watery.
Not bad.

Sjohnh (928) - Coventry, West Midlands, ENGLAND - AUG 25, 2016
Surprisingly good - I enjoyed this. Dark ruby with plenty of latte coloured head. Medium body. Plums, red berries, tea and subtle dark malts.

koshack (1777) - Gdañsk, POLAND - JUL 30, 2016
Kolor mocnej herbaty, klarowne. Piana kremowa, drobna.

bu11zeye (13029) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - JUL 26, 2016
(330ml bottle) Pours a dark brown body with a medium frothy cream head. Aroma of cocoa, toasted marshmallow, and caramel. Flavor of roasted grain, cocoa, nuts, bread, and caramel.
