2.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle brown, 500 ml, 14.1 P, non - pasteurized, non - filtered, lagering time 4 to 6 weeks.
Appearance: Pours dark amber, slightly brownish and caramel like in colour, body texture is slightly hazy, body is vividly but naturally carbonated. head is white, foamy, initially medium, unstable, frisky, dinamicly and quickly decreasing to minimal and then diminishing, leaving no lacing, however, really nice in its caramelly body colour.
Aroma: Generally natural and sweet, pronounced and mature notes of barley malt and caramel malt, burned sugar, caramel, honey but natural, notes of peanut, sesame, nice hoppy profile, very healthy, honest, natural and straightforward aroma. Really pleasureable and inviting to drinking.
Taste: Front is sweet, natural and honest, rich barley malt and caramel malt in base, natural honey sweetness, peanuts, sesame, halva, gentle alcoholic base, all the maltyness is well balanced by a comfortable hops content, nicely peppery to spicy with a gentle citric note. The overall taste presents harmony and balance. A lot of gentle yeast at the backgroun with a gentle alcoholic note. Finish duration is medium. The beer is very crispy, fresh, plasureable and easy going.
Palate: Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation on palate is soft to moderate, finish feel is gently yeasty, gently alcoholic, soft, quite clean.
Bottled (thanks Kim N!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is malts, grains, hay, grass and some mild herbal notes. Flavour is quite similar, with some slight herbal notes. Mild bitterness in the finish. ElDesmadre (3627) - Mikołów, POLAND - JUL 19, 2011
Bottle. Sweet malty aroma, cloyingly sweet taste devoid of any significant flavour but sweet malt that more than justifies treating this as a drainpour. Radek Kliber (7470) - Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), POLAND - JUN 16, 2011

This beer is not alcohol strong, which is a positive. Very nice darker brown color than expected, nice carbonation sustained throughout. Aroma is of apples, brown sugar and the taste is too sweet and appley. Will not buy again. Mariusz (12066) - Baden-Baden, GERMANY - FEB 22, 2011
Poland’s first organic beer, which I have drunk so far. Pale lager with a slightly sweet taste. Nice hop flavor, quite drinkable.
