2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle brown, 500 ml, 12.8 P, non - filtered, non - pasteurized, lagering time 4 to 6 weeks.
Appearance: Pours hazy to cloudy and weakly carbonated body, body is bright amber in colour, natural effervescence is visible, head is enormously huge at the beginning, deep, dense, compact, frothy, very regular in texture, leaving very substantial traces of lacing. Head is off - white in colour, almost buttery and beige - yallowish.
Aroma: Very nice and clear notes of barley malt in base with accompanying notes of wheat malt, some gentle shade of noble yeast, later on when the head becomes smaller and rocky the notes of cardboard and Pilsener oriented chalkyness and graphite become present together with notes of milk. This is also connected with lemon refreshing and slightly herbal and very German Pilsener like hoppy profile. Really pleasureable.
Taste: Front is mellow and very barley malt oriented. Really fresh barley malt is mixed with note of wheat malt and smooth, almost milky yeasty impression. Later on, especially in the aftertaste the distinct notes of Pilsener like hoppyness becomes present resulting in its cardboard, paper, graphit and gentle lemony - spicy character. Really pleasureable and easy going. Really good job as for Cornelius Brewery. Finish duration is medim.
Palate: Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation on palate is moderate, finish feel is neutral, positive, mellow and very gently yeasty - alcoholic.
Blonde. Malty bready aroma with a hint of grass. Malty sweetish, slightly grassy flavor. Hints of citrus. Could be more hoppy to make a real impression. Quack-Duck (9487) - Down South, GERMANY - AUG 3, 2011
bottle from Wine of Dreams/Jola Warszawa. Clear deep golden yellow, mid-sized white head. Malty, slightly hoppy with a fruity touch. Quite fruity for a lager, whch adds character. Nice. Radek Kliber (7470) - Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), POLAND - JUN 16, 2011

Aroma pleasant aroma , sweet fruity notes with light aromatic mineral touches. 7-
Appearance clear amber with medium lighter , beige off white top.
Flavor and Palate : medium lighter bodied. Sweetness with light caramel follow up. Dry alcoholic finish.
Shared bottle in Krakow. Once again, the style may be premium but it still tastes like a basic lager. Not that it was bad just nothing exciting. Decent basic between a slight bitterness and sweet. EHSRanders (2076) - Tjele, DENMARK - NOV 16, 2010
Bottle. Clear yellow colour with medium creamy white mostly diminishing head. Malty aroma. Sweet bitter flavor.

Darker orange than expected. Head dies quickly, fairly still. Grain and some tea (!) plus orangey citric sweetness in the aroma, and the flavor is grain and sweet (caramel), too sweet. Drinkable but not very good. fonefan (50026) - VestJylland, DENMARK - SEP 7, 2010
