On tap at the Cafe. Pours hazy yellow with a large, foamy, off-white head. The aroma is wheat, lemons, cloves, and pine. The flavor is sweet and citrusy. The palate is light to medium, acidic, and smooth. Overall, this is a solid and tasty hefeweizen. beernovice39 (3270) - Idaho, USA - AUG 8, 2011

On draft at Corner Cafe. Pours a hazy straw yellow with a white head. Nose is a hint of lemon, lemon rind, bread, and faint sweet citrus. Flavor is citrus/ lemon burst with bread and spice behind it. Light to medium-bodied finishing with crisp citrus. The aroma took work, but the flavor was right there. Nice beer to start with or enjoy in the beach breezes of Corner Cafe. Served up on tap with breakfast at the Corner Café with hazy pale gold body attaining a modest level of opacity with orange wedge placed on the rim of the glass (and quickly removed) and white head. The aroma starts off sort like cotton balls and then reveals a bit of lemon, wheat and banana. The taste is grainy maltiness, a modest level of lemon like acidity and then picking up increasing levels of banana. dimenhetfield (2486) - , Florida, USA - JUL 24, 2010
On tap at the brewpub. Went there with some of the South Florida Beer Crew after a long trip to Cigar City. The beer was great and so what the company. Had citrus, wheat aromas. The color was a mildish yellow with gray tints, was more then a little hazy. A very solid drink.

Tap. Light aromas of cereal, lemon and dough with a heavy dose of banana. Head is large, creamy, white with no lacing and is fully diminishing. Color is faintly hazy gold. Flavor starts moderately acidic and finishes lightly sweet and moderately acidic. Palate is light to medium, watery with a lively carbonation and a dry finish. The banana aspect of this tasted almost artificial, the rest of it is just okay. Beershine (5224) - VANCOUVER, British Columbia, CANADA - FEB 2, 2009
At brewpub. Hazy yellow with thick white head. Aromatic yeast. Lots of coriander. Salt water taffy. Banana esters are not too ripe. Smooth carbonation, nice mouthfeel, never sticky. Good flavors with solid grain character and a dry but thin finish. Oakes (18543) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - FEB 2, 2009
Vibrant yellow. Cloudy with a fluffy head. Sugary, lemony, marshmallowy aroma. Sweet, a little thin, with some bitterness, light fruit and spice. darkguardian (733) - Florida, USA - JAN 25, 2009
Draft at the cafe. I love a good hefe, and they generally don’t fare well here at Ratebeer. This is one of the best I’ve had though. Towering long lasting puffy white head. Tons of bananna and a spicy clove in the nose, a light yeastiness as well. Soft palate with a super smooth banana up front. Finishes slightly spicy with the clove and a bit of bubblegum. Its a little light bodied compared to some german hefe’s but its not watery. Very impressed with everything I had from this brewery. hopscotch (11181) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - JAN 9, 2009
Draft… Murky, straw-colored ale with a small, creamy, white head. Pale grains, light clove, moderate banana and Super Bubble gum in the aroma. Medium-bodied with a skim-milk mouthfeel and pillow-soft carbonation. Sweet and fruity up front with a crisp hop zing on the backside. Coarse, semi-dry finish. Fairly well made, but hefes aren’t really my thing.
