Pours a clear golden color. Grassy aroma. Sweet malty flavor, grass hops. Medium hop finish. Not bad. markwise (5441) - North of Tampa, Florida, USA - MAR 7, 2011
On draft at Corner Cafe. Pours a clear yellow with a receding white head. Nose is malt, bread, unripe banana, and a hint of hops. Flavor is similar with bread, some earthy hops, and miscellaneous bitterness. Clean-finishing, light-bodied beer. Nice starter or breakfast beer. hankchinaski (14) - Florida, USA - SEP 21, 2010
Light, clean and refreshing. Very good representation of the style with subtle hop bitterness on the back end. Well made beer. glennmastrange (2871) - hobe sound, Florida, USA - MAR 18, 2010
Tap. Light aromas of grain for the malt, faint citrus and grass for the hops, soap, honey and a prominent note of apple. Head is small, frothy, off-white with fair lacing and is mostly diminishing. Color is hazy yellow/amber. Flavor is lightly sweet and acidic to start, then the long finish is lightly acidic/tart and bitter. Palate is on the lighter side of medium, silky in texture and has a lively carbonation and a dry finish. A nice example of a Kolsch and a very easy drinking beer. On tap at the Florida Brewers Guild BeerFest 2009. Pours watery gold but moderately hazy too, decent bright white head and a little bit of spotty lacing. The aroma seems like a combination of apple, banana a touch of bubble gum and grainy malts. The taste starts with brief sweet malts that quickly turn grainy for a while. By midway I get a combination of lemon acidity, apple, banana and bubble gum all coming together in a modest sort of way. Beyond midway and to the finish the lemony citrus acidity picks up a bit more and achieves near balance to the malty graininess.

The aroma is yeasty with plastic, malt, and grass. The appearance is golden with a small head. The flavor is like the aroma. The palate is right for the style. Overall I am not a fan. sebletitje (10080) - Enghien, BELGIUM - MAR 7, 2009
Pours hazy golden with white head.
Aroma had some good sweet nose reminiscent of corn/grains and more floral hops with honey.
Taste, plenty of sweetness close to honey and light notes of hops. Beershine (5224) - VANCOUVER, British Columbia, CANADA - FEB 2, 2009
At brewpub. Luminescent golden with small effervescent head. Sweet grainy aroma, slight twist of lemon or orange fruitiness. Prickly, high carbonation. Fun and playful flavors. Very bright and extremely fruity body with lingering cherry, berry finish. Refreshing and I like it. Clean, dry, light hop keeps it grounded with citrus. Hazy straw with a thick head. Some grainy and orangey fruitiness. The orangey notes take on a bitter accent. Finishes refreshing with dry herbal hops. daknole (11049) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - JAN 25, 2009
Poured at the Juptier beerfest. Golden color. Malty and somewhat sweet nose...maybe some syrup or honey notes. Flavor is quite malty and sweet. Hops do make there way to the beer, but not enough to overpower the beer.
