Bottle at Chris O’s Pre-GBBF Shindig 2011. Hazy rusty brown color. Sweet apple skin aroma. Sweet taste with plenty of overripe apple, grapefruit and some acetic sharpness. Rustic cider.

Bottle, bought @ HJ Hansen, Odense.
Clear yellow with a fast disappearing head. Aroma is sweet, some green apples, a peppery ginger note and some mild oak. Highish carbonation, a bit thin palate. Flavour is softly zesty tart, green apple, some oak, dry, elegant. Mild sweetness. Still relatively boring overall.

Bottle at Chris O’s pre GBBF shindig. Orange pour. Stewed apple nose with a hint of cinnamon. Fruity flavour, quite dry and sweet. Not bad.

Bottle at ChrisO’s Pre-GBBF Shindig 2011. Pours slightly hazy yellow with a few bubbles. Rich, sugared apple nose. Sweet flavor with mild funk, good appleness. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Dryish finish, some sugar, light funk and apples. I really liked it.

At chriso’s Pre-GBBF Shindig ’11. Hazy gold. Sweet, fruity aroma and sweet creamy taste. No sourness, but it still went down well.

Orangey colour. Slight haze. Loose bubbly head. Not very sparkling - just a light prickle. Fruity aroma with a slight "rotten" edge (not in a bad way). Sweetish on the palate with lots of fruit remaining even though this bottle was a few years old. Modest tannins hold things together so it doesn’t too sticky. Pleasant easy drinking stuff if not the most challenging cider.

Bottled. Golden orange colour with no head. Aroma is apples, some quite vinegary notes as well as some slight notes of yeast and rubber. Flavour is tart apples, some wooden notes, mild yeast as well as some vineous notes.
