Served warm. Not really a cider drinker, but it was ok. Apt, considering the season.
Drinkably sweet initially, though there’s an odd flavour that rests on the tongue if you take too long to swallow. Not a fan of the consistency, but that might just be a cider thing. Theydon_Bois (19845) - Hazlemere, the lower Xhitlerns, Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - JUL 12, 2016
Bladder bag at the Falcon BF, Wooburn Green, 09/07/16. Note - straight from the bag, this was not served warm.
Light hazed on a golden copper pour with an off white head of bubbles.
Nose is apple and cinnamon pie, spice strew, stewed apples, earthy.
Taste comprises winter cheer, apple pie, clove, spice, earthy orchard notes.
Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close.
Ok offering - does as it says on the tin although I couldn’t drink a great deal of this.
