Cask at Cornubia, Bristol. Hoppy certainly, but also with a cheese backdrop. Mix of foreign and UK notes. Orangey (thanks Martin). Pete loved it.

[email protected] Cornubia, Bristol. Yellowish golden colour, small white head. ARoma is fruity, wooden, herbal and mildly spicy. Flavour is fruity, floral, grassy and quite bitter in the finish. Smooth and good session beer.

Cask-conditioned at the Cornubia, Bristol 23/07/2011. Amber coloured with a decent, off-white head. Aroma of cereal malts, some hedgerow fruit and a touch of grassy hop. Flavour began with a touch of sweetness, before some solid malts and big, lingering, bitter finish. Good.
