Corona is obviously the best marketed beer in the world, it's the quality of bud at twice the price. With lime and only with lime on a beach in mexico it's better than drinking the water.

UPDATED: SEP 21, 2005 This is fizzy, watery, and not good. It has very little head, straw yellow color, and no complexity. I get it with the lime on a warm day, and it’s the lime that makes this different and it distinguishable from other beers (I won’t say "good", however). But this isn’t ratelime.com is it?

hard to believe i know so many people that serve this stuff. you know it's bad if it takes a lime to choke it down. stay away from this beer!

I wish I could give this beer an even lower rating..this stuff is the favorite beer of almost every beer drinker I know, and I just don't get it. Horrible stuff. No taste, no head, boring color, no smell...no distinguishing features whatsoever. If it didn't come in a beer bottle, I wouldn't even know it was beer. I guess that's why people like it...it's almost indistinguishable from water. I think it's safe to say that this beer sucks.

A pale straw shade, with no detectable smell except for a slight malty sweetness. Possibly corn? Little to no head, and almost no carbonation. Slightly bitter acidic taste, that's not very clean. Actually, it has a very attractive color, but past that point, it's reminds me of bad tap water.

Drinkable on a hot day or when there's nothing else and you need a drink. Otherwise why bother....

Ony drink with lime. Weaker of the Mexican imports. Pale yellow with little aroma. Similar to Miller or Miller Lite.

UPDATED: DEC 12, 2008 [bottle] Not much of an aroma to this one. Really pale yellow and has good carbonation. It has a rather bland yet somehow bitter flavor to it and is very watery. I can really only drink this one at the beach. For some reason it makes it taste better. Then you have to factor in the lime. Why does a beer need a lime to taste better?

theread (58) - Wagga Wagga, AUSTRALIA - JAN 2, 2004
In a clear bottle, so that is a sure sign it will be of average quality. Just a bland beer, and as with most of these types of beers, too sweet. Any beer that needs lime in the neck is a major worry.

Better than anything the gringos have to offer. Much better flavor than Old Milwuakee, Miller or Budweiser for sure. The only weak point of this beer is it low Alc %. You will need many of this tiny bottles to get really drunk!
