Amazing licorice heavy aroma in ruby-black pour. This is a spectacular brew that gets better as it warms up. Licorice, cocoa, coffee, and many others - yum! Zymurgeist2 (2179) - Redwood City, California, USA - APR 10, 2015
Draught at Harry’s Hofbrau. Aroma and flavor both have tobacco and fruit (blueberry) mixing well. Moderate roast mixes well. Brown with taupe head. Clear. Tasty. slowrunner77 (11917) - Reno, Nevada, USA - APR 2, 2015

22 ounce bottle from Jungle Jims. Dark pour. Raisin and chocolate with some sherry. Boozy nose. Nice. bubbleflubber (2211) - Swannanoa, North Carolina, USA - FEB 19, 2015
Pours almost opaque prune into the glass, with an initial head that reduces to thinning lace. The nose is of dark fruits, yeasty esters, banana bread and some liqueur notes. Flavors of of dark fruits, dark esters, breadiness, raisins, figs and dates, with a dark fruit skin/tannin and lightly roasted grain finish. The mouthfeel is smooth, with a rich body and silky palate. I enjoy this a lot. Superb take on the Baltic Porter. Prost! glennmastrange (2859) - hobe sound, Florida, USA - FEB 12, 2015
Bottle. Heavy dark bread, cereal and dark chcocolate for the malt, light herbs for the hops, moderate dough for the yeast. Head is small, fizzy, light brown, with heavy lacing and is fully lasting. Color is very dark brown. Flavor starts lightly sweet and acidic, then finishes lightly sweet and moderately bitter. Palate is medium to full, creamy with a lively carbonation and a chalky finish. A nicely crafted Baltic Porter, one of the best I’ve had. thome50 (1294) - Morro Bay via Orange County, California, USA - FEB 4, 2015
Bottle at the Libertine February bottle share. Pours a deep brown to black with no head. Aroma is toffee and some odd vanilla. Taste is raisin, plumb and an overly sweet stout. hopbag (159) - - FEB 1, 2015
Nose of brown sugar and dark fruit. Stout sweetness with back end hop bitterness and booze. Fruitiness reminiscent of English yeast. Punchy roastiness. Creamy carbonation and mouthfeel. Nicely balanced and drinkable.
