Hoppy, good body, moderately bitter. Dry, fun beer. Very quaffable but hopped to the tilt. ttutony (920) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 9, 2012
Pleasant hoppy/floral aroma. Quite a hop bite on the palate, a little more than I expected. Some residual sweetness. Good beer gsmitty80 (2130) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 6, 2011
Pretty bland golden ale with a little too much sweetness in the nose and finish. badlizard (5533) - Berkeley, California, USA - NOV 7, 2011
Clear golden with a fizzy white head. Citrus and grassy hops aroma and taste with a creamy palate and a candied orange finish. Terminus (3683) - St. Louis, Missouri, USA - AUG 22, 2011
tap at brewpub-7/14/11-pours bright light orange lemon hue with a small soappy head around the rim of the glass. nose is grassy and spicy noble hops bigtime! somewhat piney as well. Very hoppy flavors but not a huge beer-small beer with lots of hops here. pine, grass and resin dominate the hop notes here. wow, this is really tasty stuff with lots of ibu’s. a very damn nice mistake that turned into a great session beer!

On tap. Pours with a slightly hazed golden body with a lasting white head. Aromas are shockingly hoppy for what I was expecting. Dank, citrus, grassy, weed. Lightly grainy. Flavors are bitter, grassy, citrus, dank and good. Lively bubbles, quite dry. Really good session beer! Wish the hop oils were a bit more pronounced in the flavor to challenge the huge bitterness. Minor complaint. Quite tasty. brokensail (16449) - Dublin, California, USA - AUG 18, 2011
A: The pour is a pale golden color with a finger or so of white head.
S: Nice hoppy nose to this, which I really wasn’t expecting. Pale malts give the beer a mild sweetness to go along with the grapefruit and tangerine from the hops. Hints of tropical fruits are also present.
T: Much of the hop flavor manifests itself in the form of citrus peel. Plenty of grapefruit as well as a solid dose of pine and floral flavors. A moderate bitterness to go with the slightly sweet, bready malts.
M: Medium bodied with a medium carbonation.
O: Good hop aromas and a pretty good hop flavor. Pleasant and easy to drink.
