Gold pour with decent white head. Aroma is hop, pine, grapefruit. Flavor is much the same with hop, pine, grapefruit,/citrus, grass and a touch of spice. Good balance and nice hop finish. glennmastrange (2859) - hobe sound, Florida, USA - MAY 18, 2015
Bottle. Moderate to heavy light bread for the malt, light perfume and lemon for the hops, faint soap for the yeast, with hints of pear and honey. Head is small, frothy, white with good lacing and is mostly diminishing. Color is hideously murky, which precipitates to chunks at the bottom, light amber. Flavor starts lightly to moderately sweet and lightly acidic, then finishes lightly to moderately bittersweet and lightly acidic. Palate is medium, oily, with a soft to lively carbonation and a lightly to moderately astringent finish. The backend of the flavor in this IPA is not very pleasant. smcolw (617) - Boston, Massachusetts, USA - MAR 22, 2015
Thin layer of bubbles which leave some spots. The color is dirty gold with a mild chill haze.
Nice balance to the nose. All three elements of an IPA appear hear--alcohol warmth, mild grain and floral hop.
The malty base starts early and lasts throughout the tasting. The bitterness eases in, unlike most IPAs. The aftertaste is shorter and less bitter than most. Good body and bubbles. Reimer96 (1743) - Alberta, CANADA - MAR 3, 2015
UPDATED: APR 15, 2015 Pours a hazy orangish copper with a huge frothy white head. Aroma of caramel, pine, citrus, lime, orange peel and some light medicinal notes. Taste is lime leafs, orange peel, resin, pine, grapefruit and sweet pale malts. Nice and flavorful and quite complex with a smooth bitterness. Would be nice to make the base less sweet and have a more crisp bitterness but otherwise this is a nice ipa. gunnfryd (14825) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - DEC 10, 2014

Sweet fruity hop flavor. Watery finish but still a bitter hop finish. Finshes kind of harsh. beertholomeus (1813) - California, USA - SEP 20, 2014
Pours a golden color with a white head and sediment. Hop, citrus, resin and malt aroma. Hop, grapefruit, mango, lime, resin, spice and malt flavors. Medium body and carbonation. Slightly sweet. Citrus and hop finish. annunz123 (957) - Taunton, Massachusetts, USA - SEP 17, 2014
Caramel, pine, citrus, and a little lemon pledge in the aroma. I very rarely rate down for appearance, but this poured yellow and cloudy with a lot of sediment--just looked wrong. Very fruity flavor, almost like a strong shandy. Bitter citrus finish. Definitely different. Not something I’d want every day, but worth trying if you’re in the mood for something different. fonefan (48684) - VestJylland, DENMARK - SEP 6, 2014
