COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
It doesn’t take a genius to kno w quality West Coast IPAs require a stupid amount of hops. A generous blend of Nugget hops and the four Cs—Cascade, Centennial, Chinook and Columbus—brings forth a myriad of tropical fruit flavors and a brawny, persistent bitterness that makes for a highly intelligent brew.

12oz bottle pours a hazy orange amber with an off white head and little lacing. According to the brewer "It doesn’t take a genius to know quality". I tend to agree. Delightful citrus and hop aroma with a nice bitter flavor. Sipping this fantastic brew at River Rats on French Island, WI. Awesome!!!

12 oz bottle: Aroma has got a good hop note to it, grapefruit, citrus and lightly grassy. Appearance is a clear golden with a massive white head that lingers. Taste has got a big hop note with a caramel malt texture as well. Palate is a high carbonation with a lightly hoppy aftertaste that lingers. Overall, It’s so so. Cheers!

Poured from 12oz bottle, pours a clear golden amber with a bubbly white head and lacing in the glass, aroma has a decent amount of pine and a little bit of tropical fruit, just a little bit lighter, the flavor has a pine and hop front end with a clean finish, not bad.

Pale copper pour. Nose is dank herbal pine, citrus, light grapefruit and biscuity toasted malt. Flavor is bitter, herbal pine, citrus, and moderate toasted malt. Chewy and resinous. Lingering pine/citrus and caramel malt. Old school West Coast.

On draft. Floral hoppy nose. Very forward with the citrus hops that mellow out with the alcohol so that it finishes nicely. Very good!

Tap. Pours a light gold with foamy head. The aroma is citrus. The taste is citrus up front moving to a resinous mildly bitter aftertaste that was just a slight bit too strong for me. Pretty good overall.

12oz bottle. Pours a pale golden with a white head an plenty of lacing. Big hop aromas. Primary notes of pine with lesser notes of citrus. Very little alcohol taste despite the high ABV. This is pretty good but doesn’t quite stand up to say a Pliny or or a Dogfish 90.
