Pleasant aroma when first poured but the essence fades quickly Citrusy, and floral aromas. Dark gold color, poured relatively clear, good carbonation, white Lacy head. Big bold hop flavor at first taste, followed by mellow malts, and a lingering dry bitterness in the back. Full mouth feel. Good Big IPA...but I would definitely classify it as a double not an imperial! ;) mrenzweiler (30) - burlington, Kentucky, USA - JUN 11, 2013
It’s a good but just average IPA. Nothing crazy about it just a good tasting beer and I love ipa beers jmm635 (1017) - Havertown, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 10, 2013
Poured hazy copper color with a rich white head. Big time resinous hop aroma with flavors of tropical fruit juice mixed in. Sweet, juicy flavor with a smooth finish. junon (430) - Honolulu, Hawaii, USA - JUN 9, 2013
Herbal nose. Balanced hops. Slightly sweet. Good follow through. However no real distinguishing characteristics. rougeau13 (3188) - Richmond, Texas, USA - JUN 4, 2013
Hazy orange-amber with a frothy off-white head. Light lacing. Aroma of pale malts, light citrus, bread, and caramel. Tastes like raisins and pale malts with moderate bitterness. Medium bodied and dry. Not bad.

Deep ruby and garnet under a pithy copper-hued blanket that sticks vigorously to the sides of my glass, eventually fading into a tight bubbly blanket.

Rich, robust, sticky, and parching. Pine sap and hop resins, grapefruit oils and orange oils. Crunchy caramelization and pine trees in the back. Mint leaf. Freshly mown green grass sticky and damp with dew.
Bracing! Tastebud tingling! Pine needles, Christmas trees, white and yellow grapefruit peel oozing oils and sticky essence. Sour grapefruit and key lime candies. Sticky hop resins and pine oils. Finish is pretty fast, lingering with just a hint of mint in my breath.
Deliciously unapologetic and oozing IBUs and hops in all their bitter deliciousness. A fantastic ode to the west coast from Coronado Brewing.

Draft at Proof. Amber pour with a fluffy white head. Super fruity hop aroma, mango, apricot and pineapples all over it with touches a caramel malt. Smooth slightly sweet caramel malt palate with lengthy bitterness and more tropical fruit throughout. Pretty good stuff. Beergeek23322 (2643) - Chester, Virginia, USA - MAY 26, 2013
22 oz bomber. Aromas of pine and citrus with the alcohol showing through a little bit. Good balance and complexity and flavors of tropical fruit with a hoppy finish brings this beer together. burgy (460) - Minnetonka, Minnesota, USA - MAY 23, 2013
UPDATED: MAY 31, 2013 Starts off with lots of nice aromatics heavy on hops! Hops are specifically pine and resin. Appearance is super blonde. Taste is resin and piney heavy but has nice fruit notes. Palate is great! Overall, very pleasant tasting IPA! jehoesefat (372) - Poway, California, USA - MAY 20, 2013
Nice hoppy aroma. Pours clear orange with a thin white head. Taste is deep with piney tones, good carbonation.
