COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
It doesnt take a genius to kno w quality West Coast IPAs require a stupid amount of hops. A generous blend of Nugget hops and the four CsCascade, Centennial, Chinook and Columbusbrings forth a myriad of tropical fruit flavors and a brawny, persistent bitterness that makes for a highly intelligent brew.

Bottle, orange color with white foam, aroma and flavor is citrus and cheesy like islander but not quite as pronounced , milder bitter finish

12oz bottle poured into glass. The aroma was pleasant, with hints of citrus and caramel but the flavor was just too malty for my liking.

Clear deep golden color out of the tap with a sticky white head. Gorgeous citrus hop and resin nose. This is a huge hoppy beer with sticky candied grapefruit, orange peel, pineapple upside down cake and a noticeable alcohol tone. Long bitter hop resin. This is a great, fresh hop head beer. Very nice.

Clear orange pour from bomber from blackwells. Foamy white head. Light grassy sweet aroma. Bitter and weird Carmel earthy taste. Not a typical IPA but a good one

Generally Im kind of tired of the west coast hop bombs, but this one is very good. Poured at a good temperature with a giant, foamy, frothy, off-white head that soon settles down and a bit of lace. Aroma is a fresh, pleasing hop, fruit, and a bit of malt. Flavors of course dominated by hop, but done with a sense of aesthetics - nicely contrasted with the malt and carbonic tang. Body/carbonation are perfect. Finish is like flavor, long, with no off qualities, and only a hint of alcohol.

Bottle: Pours a pale copper color with a large beige head. Tons of sticky lacing. Piney and tropical fruit nose is mild, but loads of hops in the taste. Sweet and pungent. Has a little herbal presence like iced tea. Really good hop flavor. Nice

Hazy amber. Sharp hops on the nose and tongue. Slight citrus but not too much and dissipates quickly. Fantastic beer. Ill have two please.

jcr (2647) - Jasper, Indiana, USA - MAR 6, 2013
Draft. Hazy deep gold/orange body with big white head. Aroma of citrus, peach, tropical fruits (pineapple and mango), orange. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and moderately to heavily bitter. Medium body, watery texture turning velvety, lively carbonation. The sweet, fruity, citrus start to this beer yields fairly quickly to lingering bitterness. Taste of resin and grapefruit in the end.
