COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Mermaidís Redô bucks the shallow mid-range red ale stereotype. Loaded with Cascade hops, it delivers a fresh floral aroma and sharp bitter notes, all while delivering a solid kick of roasted malts that fades seamlessly into a rich, chocolaty finish with hints of clove and caramel.

Dense ruby red color with a creamy head of off-white foam. Caramel and subtle cocoa aromas. Caramel, sweet grainy cereal, and sharp pine resin hops on the taste. A very good red both on the malty sweet side and the hoppy side.

Another far too bitter red, which is pretty common in california. But on top of that it needs quite a bit more body and caramel malt. Water front bar SD.

While not as hoppy as some of the Amber Ales on the current market, Coronadoís Mermaidís Red comes across pretty clearly as a West Coast ale. The amber malt has a lot of chocolate and caramel character, but thereís plenty of Cascadian bitterness and citrusy flavor that comes through. While the hops mostly have an earthy floral note, thereís a lovely orange marmalade taste that sticks to the roof of your mouth. Given where itís from, there are more dynamic ales that come from the SD area. However, itís hard to think of too many more that are this approachable yet true to their setting.

Una amber ale que me recuerda a estilos escoceses, caramelo, maltas tostadas con final semiamargo. Normal
