Taster at source - nose is cat pee. Sip adds citrus cornucopia. Bitter indeed, but not on the finish.

Nonic pint draft at Corridor Brewery & Provisions in Chicago, Illinois. The pour is a slight haze golden yellow with a 1/2 inch white head that falls quick with nice lace. The aroma is bright citrus lemon with a soft bitterness and pine resin towards the back. The taste starts with the citrus, more of a grapefruit, the soft bitterness of the pine, resin and light cereal malt in the finish. The palate is medium with some mineral in the back. Nice clean and fresh IPA.

Draft at the brewpub. Clear golden-orange color with a white head and average lacing. Pine hops and some grapefruit rind. Really fairly dry. Nice beer.

Draft. This is the typical Brant-recipe ipa, it is juicy and hugely hoppy, very nice.

Keg at the brewpub. Pours clear gold with a creamy white head. The nose has fresh, citrusy hops, pale bread. Medium sweet flavour with juicy tangerine, melon, mango, light gooey pine, pae bread, light rind. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Lightly resinous to finish, with some dank pine, orange, tangerine. Solid. Just a touch too sweet.

At brewpub. Strangely the oats, and lactose, gave it a welcome slipperiness, and sweet note, that worked with this. Didn’t expect to but liked quite a bit. Serving: Tap

another homerun ipa for the dryhop / corridor people. aroma is strange, slightly fishy and i am sure it is due to the glass. bubblegummy flavor with a nice citrus backbone. little spicy as well. pours reddish orange with a thin white head. had at corridor.

Had it out of a Crowler. Pours a clear deep orange hue with a thin head. This is a good brewski , with a sweet, juicy, punany like aroma. Poppin wood. The taste is a cites malty subtle flavor of joy.
