Bottle, 33cL. Home. From "Le Houblon" (Poitiers, Poitevin, FR). A very dark brown sparkling beer, nearly black, with a big beige foamy head ; good retention and lacing. Roast, red berries, light resin, black chocolate, toasty notes, rustic cereal. Medium dry bitter, refreshing, light spicy, sweet note. Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, dry bitter roasty fruity finish. Overall, great one !
