Bottle, poured a dark brown with a bubbly beige head. A malty aroma, slightly of sweet milk chocolate. An interesting bitter and sweet palate, with a sourness that increased during the swallow. Toasted malt flavour with hnts of bitter chocolate. Lilith (242) - Santiago, CHILE - OCT 15, 2007
Murky brown colored. Medium off-white head. Aroma is sweet, roasted, caramel, coffe, fruity, notes of pineapple and riped peach. Flavor is somewaht bitter and it has a dry end. Panzerfaust (865) - Hanga Roa, Easter Island, CHILE - AUG 22, 2007
Pours a clear dark ruby color. Head is big, creamy and off-white with a good retention and leaves a goof lacing. There are lots of sediments in the bottom so it becomes murky when you pour them.
Aroma is full of fruity, citrusy hops. There are notes of orange, lime, rhubarb, herbs and tangerines. Strong, enticing and intense.
Flavor is sweet, with a huge malty presence and a bold fruity character ending with an ashy finish. Notes of overripe oranges, molasses, pears, mellon and mango nectar.
Medium body and mouthfeel. Finish is long and flavorful. Soft carbonation. Alcohol is concealed. A very nice beer.

Bottled, thanks Fukito! Reddish clear brown, small head. Unusual viola aroma. Dryish and lightly salty with a superb chewy malt character accompanied by hay-like hops. Fairly low bitterness. Great stuff! Fukito (1059) - Santiago, CHILE - FEB 17, 2007
Bottle at Cossab, February 2007. Nice, clear, burgundy color with a medium white head that disappears a bit too quickly. Aroma is some raisins and slight caramel. Taste is rather sweet, perhaps a bit too much, fruity and some earthy hops at the end. Mouthfeel is medium to light, short aftertaste. An amber ale that is need of some personality revamping.
