It has a very big head indeed - pour it gently - and a very clean palate, beginning with a dry, lightly citric fruitiness, and finishing with a distinctive and delicate, perfumy, hop character. Very light and fluffy in texture, giving little hint of its strength.

Bottle. BBE date Mar 2010; Drank Feb 2009 - Pale yellowy gold in colour. Yeasty & spicy; lots of floaties and sediment. Hoppy (floral hops). Fruity (oranges). Malty base (light caramel). Sweet dry hoppy fruity taste. Nice yeast/spice/hop/fruit/malt balance. Very smooth. ABV well disguised. Nice Tripel. (2009-02)

0.33 l bottle from Pivoteka, Zagreb. Shared with lovely Anja. Hazy golden, lasting small white to off-white head. Grain, some hops maybe, or spice. Some sweetness, malty. Medium body, medium to high carbonation, light finish, alcohol hidden. Really nothing special, but alcohol is well hidden.

330 ml bottle. Deep golden/pale amber body with a frothy off-white head. Aroma of is pretty spicy and sharp, with distinct notes of malt (grainy-sweet), grapes, white fruit, spicy and peppery phenols, yeast, and low smooth alcohol. Taste is a mix of spicy, fruity, grape-like, and yeast flavors and a grainy-sweet malt impression. Moderate phenols which seem peppery and spicy in character. Medium to full body, highly carbonated.

Aroma of acedelythate with notes of white fruit. Bit of spiciness, and unfortunately, touch of nail polish. Cloudy orange in the glass with frothy head. Taste of white fruit in the kind of grapes with gently spiciness and notes of yeast. I feel lack of body, but highly drinkable as Tripel.
