It has a very big head indeed - pour it gently - and a very clean palate, beginning with a dry, lightly citric fruitiness, and finishing with a distinctive and delicate, perfumy, hop character. Very light and fluffy in texture, giving little hint of its strength.

Beamer (97) - Malden, NETHERLANDS - SEP 10, 2017
Troebel donker geel bier met een volle schuimkraag. Fruitig, kruidig, zoet met een licht bittere afdronk wat niet lang blijft hangen. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Altra belga dal sapore forte e deciso. Molto buona. Si assapora un poco alla volta. Dura tanto. Non per pasteggiare ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Golden yellow, clear. Aroma yeasty with some citrus and some apple. Taste spicy and yeasty, dry. Ends with a balanced bitterness. On the spectrum of tripels this is at the lighter, dryer end.

Le problème, c'est que je ne m'en rappelle plus. Dure soirée. Juste qu'elle était pas mal. Une bonne bière d'Abbaye donc.

CanCrusher (1097) - Ilirska Bistrica, SLOVENIA - AUG 20, 2017
Bottle 0,33L. Clear golden color with big, white, creamy, fully lasting head.Aroma is typical for Belgian ales, very yeasty - reminds me of horse blanket, but I also found some spices in aroma. Taste is a gentle touch of sweetness at the start, than spices/herbs comes out and lead you to the light bitter finish. Slick texture, soft carbonation and medium body makes it easier to drink.

tanel025 (170) - ESTONIA - AUG 12, 2017
Clear golden beer with lots of white head. Aroma is yeasty, some citrus. Taste is sweet malt, wheat, candy sugar, some spices. Aftertaste is spicy. Sweet, low bitterness. Drinkable.
