Bottled, edition 2017. Clear golden color, big soapy head. Aroma of spicy yeast, bit grassy hop and slight green apple. Soft to medium bitterness in taste, grassy and spicy. Finish is fairly bitter for the style. Bit thin body though. Not impressive, in the line of most of the recent Corsendonks. vinivini (3148) - Gomel, BELARUS - DEC 2, 2017
Bottle. Almost clear effervescent gold. Incredible huge white head. Spicy aroma combining yeast & hops. Background malts. Similar taste. Medium bitterness. The hops are somewhat metallic. OK Bosskie (962) - NETHERLANDS - NOV 26, 2017
Beautiful dark golden colour, perfectly clear, with a nice white head. Lots of bubbliness.
Smell is fresh and crisp limes with some pine, pineapple and white pepper.
Taste is a bit strange. The hop character conflicts a bit with the malt, somewhat negatively but also positively. Quite dry hoppy bitter astringence meets peppery malty fullness in a somewhat schizophrenic balance, with new elements from both sides popping up - lime, caramel, biscuit, clove. Can't figure out if its great or whether it doesn't work. Brave and complex, not something to drink regularly, but definitely very interesting to try.
Mycket gott. RW80 (2900) - Hoogeveen, NETHERLANDS - NOV 22, 2017
Light sweet, good green hoppy bitterness.
Apperance: a golden body, with a good sized white head.
aroma: Green Hops.
Taste:starts light sweet and a bit like a belgian strong ale, light malts, hay, grass, some spices and then turns in a great way takeing a French twist but with IPA's ish bitterness. Green hops bitterness.
It's a missing link between a IPA, A belgian strong Ale, and a bierre the garde.
Medium body, average carbonation.
Awesome bottle design and highly interesting beer, takeing everything you know and twisting it in a nice way.
