Cask Conditioned at J. D. Wetherspoon - The Moon Under Water, Londonharrisoni (18800) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - DEC 27, 2008
Hazy dark amber color, small head. Very light aroma, and light caramel flavor, very thin body, correct bitterness. Simple.
Cask handpull at Humphrey Bean JDW, Tonbridge. Mahogany colour with lasting beige head. Some malt sweetness on aroma, some choc. Not exactly full in mouth which lets it down a bit. I suppose there is some honey in there somewhere. An ok choccy honey beer which is just a little too watery in the mouth, but the flavours are overall good.
