Glouglouburp (6103) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 22, 2014
In short: A hoppy thirst and crisp blonde ale that doesn’t feel been-there-done-that. Excellent session beer.

How: Tap at Chimera, Oviedo Spain.

The look: Clear dark blonde body topped by a medium white head with good retention and leaving lots of lacings on the glass.

In long: The bright aroma is bursting with dry grass along, fresh cereals and some grapefruits. An aroma that was bright and fresh. Body is crisp with a very active carbonation that suits the beer just fine. Taste is as crisp and clean as it is refreshing. Very hoppy and with a hopping that didn’t feel like a Bitter nor did it feel like an IPA, maybe a bastard cross between the two. Seeing the other ratings it seems I liked this beer a lot more than other people, but I don’t care about other people’s opinions, I didn’t get where I am today by listening to the opinions of other people, which in retrospect was probably a bad strategy on my part.

courtesy of Antonio Rey - gusher ... pours a hugely foamy amber-orange beer; aroma of berries and pineapples; medium-bodied, subtle carbonation and a fruity lively palate, decent sourness and a late bitterness; dry and long fruity hoppy finish with a tropical dominance - elegant and with character

330ml bottle @Cimmeria, Oviedo. Grassy, some pine and citrus aromas. Pours hazy dark gold, with nice creamy white head, persistent, some lacing. Medium body, average carbonation, some crispy texture.Taste is fruity, some peach, pine, subtle citrusy flavours, along with malty and caramel ones. Quite well balanced. Mild bitterness developing, leading to bitter aftertaste. Maybe a bit too carbonated for the style, but very enjoyable anyway. Nice one.

UPDATED: NOV 15, 2013 Smell like spring bloom, the taste is kind of hoppy-grassy, sweet but not too much.

Bottle at L’Artisana. Easy drinking, quite clean beer, fruity, quite simple but good. I like it.

Botella en varias ocasiones. Pinta en fábrica Cotoya Oviedo 07..02..2016. (r31). Color amarillento a tostado turbio con bastante espuma blanca. Fresca maltosa con ligeros afrutados y amargo final algo seco más menos persistente. Buena.

Bottle from fombe89 as part of European local swap. Hazy amber color with huge off-white head. Nice refreshing citrus hoppy aroma with notes of caramel. Citrus hoppy taste together with apricots, light caramel, bready malt. OK.

bitter de sabor a fresco se nota bien el lupulo, gran espuma persistente de color blanquecino. Perfecta para beber a diario.
