Cask @ The Priory Arms. The pour’s a ruby brown color with a small off-white head. The nose is fairly faint caramel, brown bread, light lemon zest, some apricot and general summer fruits. The taste is more caramel, hints of cinnamon. Light brown bread, toasted malt. The finish has some pleasing lemon citrus and white grape fruit flavors. Mildly dry. Light body, fine carbonation. Overall, a pretty nice beer. Enjoyable stuff.
