Taps opaque chocolate brown with a serviceable buff head. Aroma features toasted malt, cloves, woody and earthy tones. Flavor offers bitter woody hops, toasted malt, cloves, a bit of molasses. Mouthfeel delivers firm body and fair fizz. Call it Amos Moses.

UPDATED: NOV 20, 2016 Tap at CYO Brewing. Pours a fairly deep brown to black with a small beige head that dissipates quickly. Big roasted coffee nose with a touch of cacao nib. Thin bodied with light caramel. Some plum and cocoa powder on the palate. Roasty finish.

hotstuff (5257) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - JUL 31, 2016
Rated on 7-30-2016 at Pedal City, Fort Wayne, IN. This draft beer’s appearance is a small tan head that is mostly lasting, opaque dark brown body and one ring of lacing. The aroma is roasted, dark malt, earthy, chocolate, lightly nutty, and toasty. The flavor mimics the aroma plus a rich taste. The mouthfeel is smooth and this beer is medium bodied. A very drinkable beer with a light-moderate roasted aftertaste. It is a beer worth trying.

This draft brew from a beer bar poured a head of foamy bubbles that were quickly diminishing and left behind a opaque dark brown colored body and a poor lacing. The weak aroma was brown malt. The semi-thick mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start and at the finish with a strong malty aftertaste. The nice flavor contained notes of roasted malt mild hops brown malt and breads. A decent one that I would consider drinking again.

Draft to taster at Country Boy. Pours a clear brown color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor have toasted malts, chocolate, caramel, light earthy character, a light nutty character, your basic brown, nothing to get excited about.
