tap at Country Boy in May 2017 - Pale gold pour with a small white head. This is a light and refreshing beer, pleasantly tart and salty.

Taps clear straw yellow, didn't get a head. Aroma offers a wimpy note of fresh malt. It gets better, though - zesty fresh malt and wheat and tart pomme appear in the flavor. Mouthfeel presents good body and fair fizz. Give this Ghost a gose code of a chance.

on tap at Country Boy in Lexington. as goses go, i suppose this isn’t bad. not a fan of the style, the skunked vomit flavor of a gose. not sure why this style has had a resurgence over the last few years.

Keg at the brewery tap. Pours clear yellow with a flimsy, fading white head. Tangy lemon nose with hints of sweat. Light sweet flavour with low acidity, some wheat bread, more sweat. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean finish, lightly salty and drying, with more wheaty notes, some lemony tartness, a little hay. Really drinkable gear.

Draft sample at the source. The beer is a moderately hazy yellow color with a white head of foam. The aroma has a nice wheaty note along with a pleasant acidity. The salt comes through as well. Fairly tart overall. Medium body and medium carbonation.
