After waiting for over a year, I have been curious when the brewpub would have this one available again. On draught at the brewery/brewpub pours a clear pale golden amber brew with a thin off-white head that quickly dissipates to a bubbly white ring. Aroma of bready white malt, a touch of corn syrup, fruity pears and a touch of grassy hops. Taste is a little thin with some white bread and multi-grain malt, a touch of fruit such as bananas, pears and even some peach. Finish has a mild grassy hop and wheat aftertaste that quickly disappears but remains some light pear flavor. An interesting multi-personality wheat ale.

Golden color with a fairly think white head. Malt-o-meal aromas and a touch of what seems to be acetaldehyde. Light sweet wheat and a touch of mild citrus. Touch less funk in this one than I seem to find in the others here. Likely one of my favorites here.
