Bottle sampled at Papsø’s on 8/30/09: Pours a transparent copper amber with a thin, stringy-lacing white head. Aroma of toasty grainy light caramel and pale malts with a touch of light fruits. Starts with pretty good fullness and toasty caramel maltiness with a touch of graininess and earthy bittering hops before a drier smooth finish. A decent red ale. mixos (154) - Thessaloniki, GREECE - JAN 5, 2010

courtesy of Oliver Bieri - pours a hazy dark reddish colour with an elusive beige foam; aroma of exotic red fruits and a touch of caramel; velvety mouthfeel, medium malt backbone and with a subtle carbonation; a late tartness before a moderately dry and gently bitter fruity finish; malty and earthy - very interesting Ungstrup (38249) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - OCT 1, 2009
Bottled. A red beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel, while the flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and straw.

Pale red, tiny head. Slightly sweet fruity aroma. Crisp palate, caramelly retronasals. Some burntness in the taste, burnt caramel, fairly thin body though. Hops are present, but not dominant at all. Again they’re a bit dry and thin, hinting towards just extract. Too thin, but perhaps a good quaff in a warmer clime. At least it does have some taste.
Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Clear amber - white head. Toasted, peppery, caramel, fruity, thin, light metallic, light roasted, toasted, light bitterness. Boring. KimJohansen (10511) - Frederiksberg C, DENMARK - AUG 31, 2009
