750 ml bottle shared by DrSilverworm - thanks again, Chris! Pours a clear pale white wine color with no head but that leaves some legs behind. Notes of grapes, honey, apple - it’s dry and vinous, with low carbonation. Nice mouthfeel. Not overly sweet and not particularly complex. Just a good dry white wine-leaning mead. 750ml bottle, shared with friends. Clear pale yellow color. No head, but it appears to leave nice legs. Nice, crisp bright honey aroma. Some of a mild hint of apple, I agree with Cam H. there. Medium to bigger body. Smooth texture. Light dry finish. Moderate-plus sweet taste, nice light dryness, mild warmth. Solid mead. Satisfyingly dry. Nice longer honey, pear aftertaste. Nice white wine-like flavors. Touch of vanilla. Grows on me the more I go, and I’m able to sip at it repeatedly as it’s not cloyingly sweet... Less sweet than expected. Fun stuff. Share it with a white wine drinker, it’d probably be appreciated. crossovert (13833) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - AUG 26, 2014
750ml bottle. Well I cant tell this honey form others without side-by side, palates not there yet, but it is a good pretty dry and herbal tasting mead. JaBier (8235) - Capital City, Ohio, USA - APR 7, 2014
Sample at the Meadery on 4/5/14. Clear blanc pour with no head and good legs. Aroma of white wine, mint, honey and a bit of a medicinal note. Honey sweetness up front with a dry white wine finish. MeadMe (1683) - Fishhawk, Florida, USA - FEB 6, 2014
Pours pale. Aroma is mild floral honey with hints of waxy comb. Flavor is mild tupelo. Mildly fruity with hints of grapes. Very dry and pretty tasty.

Sample at the tasting room. Pours a clear pale yellow color, with some legs on the glass. Aroma of honey and fruit. Full-bodied with flavors of herbs, honey and sweet fruit. The finish is floral and semi-dry with a sweet honey aftertaste. Decent overall. rbrazell (1763) - Florida, USA - MAY 11, 2013
Bottle at Fermentation. Clear straw color. Fresh flower aroma, hint of herbs and earth. Flavor is light dry honey and floral grassiness. Finishes bone dry and clean. Pretty good. cheap (6074) - Beaver Valley, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 23, 2013
Some mild fruit flavor, had this at vintage estates, nice place. Water color. Yes, quite dry fer sure, especially when compared to the regular tupelo. Much stronger alky wise. Medicinal finish, In your face fer sure. drowland (9053) - Georgia, USA - FEB 13, 2013
2/13/13. Sample from a distro. Clear pale golden pour. Light aroma with floral and earthy characteristics along with a bit of white wine aspects. Light, almost refreshing, flavor with floral aspects, honey, and a hint of citrus. Tasty, but it seemed almost a tad light/watery for me. redlight (2325) - Orlando, Florida, USA - FEB 7, 2013
Very floral nose with an earthy herbal note. Pours clear with a hint of gold. Still. Great floral earthy honey flavor upfront with mild fruitiness and a great dry finish. Excellent! Definitely showcases the tupelo honey!
